Q. What are the dates of the tournament?

The event is taking place from 26th June - 30th June 2018.

Q. Who is playing?

Q. What is the format of the tournament?

The Boodles is played over five days. Each player in the official field is scheduled to play multiple matches over the five days in a series of exhibition matches.

Q. What time does play commence?

Play is scheduled to commence at 12:30pm. The grounds open at 11:30am for Stadium & Gardens Pass holders.

Q. Can food be purchased on site?

Refreshments (including food and bar facilities) will be available at the venue. Guests are not permitted to bring picnics onto the estate.

Q. What is the dress Code? 

The dress code is smart casual.We kindly ask that no jeans are worn on the date of attendance. 

Q. When should I expect to receive my tickets?

General admission tickets can be downloaded by logging into ones account at www.theboodles.com. Players and Legends Enclosure can expect to receive their ticket packs in early June 2018. Should you not be in receipt of your passes by 15th June please contact the dedicated ticketing line on 020 7384 4877.

Q. What about car parking?

Parking is free for all patrons. Guests of the Players Enclosure should proceed to Car Park A. Guests of the Legends Enclosure should proceed to Car Park B. Stadium Pass holders should proceed to Car Park C/Public Parking. A complimentary bus will shuttle guests to the event site. This will depart Slough Station from 11:00 to 14:30 at 30 minute intervals. The Shuttle service will resume at 16:30 from Stoke Park to Slough and will depart at 30 minute intervals up until 19:30.

Q. Is there disabled access and reserved seating?

Disabled parking and reserved seating is available on request. Please call 020 7384 4877 with any special requirements.

Q. Are there hospitality packages available for the tournament?

In addition to the general admission tickets, there are hospitality packages available. For more information, call 020 7384 4877.

Q. What happens if it rains?

As The Boodles is played outdoors, play is subject to the weather. If, due to unfavorable weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, there is less than two hour's play on the stadium court, Stadium and Garden Pass holders may use their ticket to claim a refund of the purchase price. One hour's play is measured using official records of the court umpire in question. Hospitality attendees (Player's Enclosure & Legend's Enclosure) will be entitled to a 60% refund if there is less than 2 hours play on the day of their ticket. All refund requests must be received by 15th July 2018. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. A refund will be issued via cheque or BACS and sent to the address provided on the refund form on or before 1st September 2018. No claim will be made in favour of anyone other than the original purchaser.
