BREAKING NEWS: Top stars already confirmed for 2012

Del Potro and Monfils lead all-star field for The Boodles 2012

The Boodles tennis tournament promises to strike gold in 2012 with a stellar line-up of big names signed up for this year’s event, played in the sumptuous surroundings of Stoke Park 19th-23th June.

2009 US Open champion Juan Martin Del Potro and flamboyant Frenchman Gael Monfils head up a field that is set to include top 20 stars Stanislas Wawrinka, Alexander Dolgopolov and Richard Gasquet. Two more big names will be added to the stellar field before the tournament, with some of the biggest names in the sport expected to appear in one-off matches during the week. Last year, World No.1 Novak Djokovic and No.3 Andy Murray both put the finishing touches to their Wimbledon preparations by playing at The Boodles.

The Boodles is known for the luxurious experience it offers players and guests, with world class tennis on court matched with world class hospitality in our exclusive Players and Legends enclosures – and all held in the stunning surroundings of historic Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire. Little wonder that hospitality packages and Premium and Stadium seats for this year’s event are all selling fast.

World No.9 Juan Martin Del Potro:
"I'm looking forward to playing at The Boodles this year. It's nice to play somewhere where the crowd is very close and the tennis is fun but serious at the same time. All the guys want to get time playing on grass ahead of Wimbledon, especially when you can play against really good players in a good atmosphere."

Tournament Director and Founder Patricio Apey:
“We’ve got some of biggest names in international sport, as well as some of the most entertaining players from around the world competing this year, but around that we like to create the feel of an English country garden party. We make sure our guests have a day at the tennis to remember, with great food, flowing champagne and fabulous grass-court matches played in a uniquely intimate atmosphere.“
